唾液体外致龋性测试是一种评估口腔材料在唾液环境中引发龋齿风险的专业方法。该测试通过模拟口腔唾液环境,分析材料对牙体硬组织脱矿过程的影响。检测重点包括唾液成分分析、酸碱度变化监测以及矿物质溶解度的测定。测试过程需严格控制温度、湿度及微生物条件,以确保数据的准确性和可重复性。

注意:因业务调整,暂不接受个人委托测试望见谅。

检测项目

唾液流速测定:该项目通过收集单位时间内分泌的唾液量,评估唾液对口腔环境的冲刷与缓冲能力。流速变化直接影响口腔内致龋物质的清除效率。

唾液pH值动态监测:该项目持续记录唾液在接触测试样品前后的酸碱度变化。pH值的波动是判断材料是否促进酸性环境形成的关键指标。

缓冲容量分析:该项目测定唾液抵抗酸碱变化的能力,即中和外加酸或碱所需的量。高缓冲容量有助于维持口腔环境稳定,减缓龋病进程。

钙磷离子浓度检测:该项目使用离子色谱法或光谱法精确测量唾液中钙离子和磷酸根离子的含量。离子浓度是评估再矿化与脱矿平衡的核心参数。

蛋白质总量与成分分析:该项目通过 Bradford 法或电泳技术分析唾液中总蛋白及特定蛋白(如黏蛋白、淀粉酶)的组成。蛋白质影响材料表面膜的形成和细菌黏附。

微生物菌群分析:该项目采用培养法或分子生物学技术鉴定唾液中致龋相关微生物(如变异链球菌、乳酸杆菌)的种类和数量。

釉质显微硬度测试:该项目使用显微硬度计测量牙齿釉质在与唾液作用前后的硬度值变化。硬度下降直接反映釉质的脱矿程度。

表面粗糙度测量:该项目通过接触式或光学轮廓仪量化牙釉质或修复材料表面的粗糙度变化。粗糙度增加可能促进菌斑聚集。
