检测项目
高温高湿存储测试:将样品置于恒定的高温高湿环境中持续暴露,评估其材料吸湿性、尺寸稳定性、电气性能变化以及金属部件的腐蚀速率。
温度循环测试:使样品在设定的高温和低温极限之间进行多次循环转换,考察其因热胀冷缩引起的机械应力、焊接点疲劳、涂层开裂及元器件失效情况。
紫外光老化测试:利用特定波长的紫外光源对样品表面进行长时间辐照,分析高分子材料黄变、粉化、光泽度下降及力学性能劣化程度。
冷凝湿热测试:模拟产品表面产生凝露的潮湿环境,重点检测绝缘材料的耐漏电起痕指数、电子线路板的离子迁移倾向以及生物霉变现象。
低温启动与运行测试:在极低温度条件下考核产品的启动能力、运行稳定性及电池放电性能,评估润滑剂黏度增加对机械运动部件的影响。
盐雾腐蚀测试:将样品暴露于含氯化钠的盐雾气氛中,评估金属材料及其防护层的耐腐蚀性能,记录锈蚀等级和起泡面积。
淋雨与防水测试:模拟自然降雨或高压水枪喷射条件,检验产品外壳的密封等级、内部电路的防水有效性以及排水结构的合理性。
沙尘环境测试:在充满规定粒径粉尘或沙粒的环境中运行产品,评估外壳防护能力、活动部件磨损情况以及过滤装置的效能。
综合气候序列测试:将多种气候应力如温度、湿度、紫外辐射按特定顺序组合施加于样品,更真实地模拟实际使用环境下的综合老化效应。
