动态力学温度谱测试是一种研究材料粘弹性能随温度变化的分析方法。该方法通过施加交变应力并测量应变响应,获取储能模量、损耗模量和损耗因子等关键参数。测试通常在宽温范围内进行,用于表征材料的玻璃化转变温度、次级转变行为以及热机械性能稳定性。

注意:因业务调整,暂不接受个人委托测试望见谅。

检测项目

储能模量温度依赖性:表征材料在交变载荷下弹性响应分量随温度的变化规律,反映材料储存变形能的能力。

损耗模量温度依赖性:表征材料在交变载荷下粘性响应分量随温度的变化规律,反映材料耗散能量的能力。

损耗因子温度谱:表征材料阻尼性能随温度的变化关系,其峰值对应材料的玻璃化转变区域。

玻璃化转变温度测定:通过储能模量突变点或损耗因子峰值确定材料从玻璃态向高弹态转变的特征温度。

次级转变温度测定:检测低于玻璃化转变温度的分子链段局部运动所引发的力学性能变化特征温度。

粘流温度测定:确定材料从高弹态向粘流态转变的温度点,反映高分子链开始发生整体滑移的临界条件。
