化学成分定性分析:通过比对样品拉曼光谱与标准谱图库,确定物质的主要化学成分及官能团信息。
晶体结构鉴别:依据拉曼光谱中特征峰的位移和强度变化,判断材料的晶型、晶相以及是否存在多晶型现象。
聚合物材料表征:分析高分子链的构象、立体规整度以及共聚物序列分布,评估聚合物的化学结构。
药物多晶型筛查:检测药物活性成分的不同晶型,监控生产过程中可能出现的晶型转变或混晶情况。
碳材料缺陷分析:通过D峰与G峰的强度比及峰形特征,定量评估石墨烯、碳纳米管等材料的缺陷密度和有序度。
表面增强拉曼散射检测:利用纳米结构金属基底增强信号,实现对痕量吸附分子或生物大分子的高灵敏度检测。
应力应变分析:测量材料在受力状态下拉曼特征峰的位移,推算其内部应力分布和弹性模量参数。
生物组织病理诊断:基于生物大分子的特征光谱差异,区分正常组织与病变组织的生化组成变化。
