热循环寿命评估

热循环寿命评估是通过模拟温度交变环境,测定材料或产品在反复热应力作用下的性能衰减与失效周期。该检测重点关注样品在高温、低温及其转换过程中的物理化学稳定性、电气连接可靠性及机械结构完整性。评估数据为产品设计改进、材料筛选及使用寿命预测提供关键依据。

注意:因业务调整,暂不接受个人委托测试望见谅。

检测项目

温度循环次数:记录样品在设定高低温极限间完成完整循环的次数,作为评估其寿命的基础量化指标。

高温保持阶段性能参数监测:在循环周期的高温保温阶段,实时监测样品的电学参数、尺寸变化或机械性能,评估高温下的稳定性。

低温保持阶段性能参数监测:在循环周期的低温保温阶段,监测样品功能是否正常、材料是否脆化或出现裂纹,评估低温适应性。

高低温转换速率耐受性:考察样品对单位时间内温度急剧变化的承受能力,快速温变可能引发热应力集中导致失效。

外观检查与失效分析:在每个预设间隔或试验结束后,通过目视或显微设备检查样品表面是否有涂层剥落、变色、起泡、裂纹等物理损伤。

电气连续性测试:在循环过程中或间隔期,对电子元器件、PCB板或连接器进行导通电阻、绝缘电阻等电气性能测试,判断连接可靠性。

机械性能变化率测定:对比试验前后样品的拉伸强度弯曲强度硬度等机械性能参数,计算其衰减程度。
