温度稳定性测试是评估材料、元器件或产品在特定温度条件下性能保持能力的关键手段。该测试通过模拟高温、低温及温度循环等环境应力,检测样品的物理化学性质变化、电气参数漂移及机械性能衰减。测试过程需严格控制温变速率、保温时间及监测点,确保数据准确可靠,为产品设计改进与质量判定提供依据。

注意:因业务调整,暂不接受个人委托测试望见谅。

检测项目

高温工作寿命测试:将样品置于高于额定工作温度的恒温环境中持续通电运行,监测其电学参数随时间的变化趋势,评估长期高温下的性能退化与失效机理。

低温启动与运行测试:考察产品在低温环境下的启动能力与正常工作状态,记录启动时间、工作电流及输出电压等参数,判断其在寒冷地区的适用性。

温度循环测试:使样品在设定的高温和低温极值之间进行多次循环转换,检验因材料热膨胀系数不匹配导致的机械应力、开裂或连接失效。

热冲击测试:采用快速温变方式使样品承受急剧的温度变化,评估其对抗热应力骤变的能力,常用于检验封装材料与结构的完整性。

高低温存储测试:将样品在不通电状态下置于高温和低温环境中储存规定时间,恢复常温后检测其性能是否不可逆劣化。

温度湿度偏压测试:在高温高湿环境下对器件施加偏置电压,加速评估金属化腐蚀、离子迁移等电化学失效模式。

Test Items:

  • * **Thermal Shock Test:** Involves rapidly transferring the sample between extreme hot and cold chambers. Assesses resistance to catastrophic failure due to rapid thermal expansion and contraction stresses.

  • * **High/Low Temperature Storage Test:** Stores the non-operational sample at high and low temperature extremes for defined durations. Post-storage evaluation checks for permanent degradation upon return to ambient conditions.

  • * **Temperature Humidity Bias (THB) Test:** Combines high temperature and high humidity with electrical bias to accelerate failure modes like corrosion, electrolysis, and ionic migration.
