拉伸性能试验

检测项目

抗拉强度：材料在拉伸断裂前所能承受的最大工程应力值，是衡量材料抵抗均匀塑性变形能力的重要指标。

屈服强度：材料开始产生明显塑性变形时所对应的应力值，对于无明显屈服点的材料采用规定非比例延伸强度表征。

断后伸长率：试样拉断后标距部分的残余伸长量与原始标距的百分比，用于评价材料的塑性变形能力。

断面收缩率：试样拉断后颈缩处横截面积的最大缩减量与原始横截面积的百分比，反映材料在颈缩阶段的塑性。

弹性模量：材料在弹性变形范围内应力与应变的比值，表征材料抵抗弹性变形的刚度特性。

泊松比：材料在单向受拉或受压时横向应变与轴向应变的绝对值之比，反映材料的横向变形特性。

应变硬化指数：描述材料在塑性变形阶段应力随应变增加而增大的强化行为参数。

拉伸韧性：应力-应变曲线下的面积，表征材料在断裂前吸收能量和抵抗冲击的能力。

规定非比例延伸强度：对于不显示明显屈服现象的材料，人为规定产生一定微量塑性应变时的应力值。
