检测项目
高温高湿存储试验:将样品置于恒定高温高湿环境中持续规定时间,评估其材料老化、绝缘性能下降及金属部件腐蚀等长期可靠性表现。
温度湿度组合循环试验:使样品经历高低温与高低湿度的交替变化,检验因热胀冷缩和吸湿解吸效应导致的机械应力与材料疲劳损伤。
湿热交变试验:在温度循环基础上叠加湿度循环,重点考察凝露现象对产品电气绝缘、PCB金属化孔迁移及元器件性能的影响。
稳态湿热试验:维持长时间稳定的高温高湿条件,主要用于评估高分子材料的吸湿特性、尺寸稳定性以及涂层附着力变化。
加速寿命试验:通过施加高于正常使用条件的温湿度应力,在较短时间内激发产品潜在缺陷,预测其在正常条件下的使用寿命与失效率。
材料吸湿性测试:定量测量材料在特定温湿度环境下吸收水分的速率与平衡含水率,分析其对材料尺寸、重量及力学性能的改变。
绝缘电阻测试:在湿热条件下测量电气产品或材料的绝缘电阻值,判断其绝缘系统是否因吸湿而导致性能劣化或击穿风险。
金属腐蚀敏感性评估:考察金属零部件或镀层在湿热环境中发生电化学腐蚀的倾向性,包括锈蚀、氧化及接触电阻增大等现象。
