局部放电量测试

局部放电量测试是评估高压电气设备绝缘状况的关键技术。该检测通过捕捉设备内部因电场集中而产生的微弱放电信号,诊断绝缘缺陷类型、位置和严重程度。测试过程需在特定电压下进行,涉及信号分离、干扰抑制和数据分析等专业环节,对保障电力系统安全运行具有重要意义。

注意:因业务调整,暂不接受个人委托测试望见谅。

检测项目

视在放电量校准:该项目旨在确定测量系统的灵敏度,将检测到的脉冲信号幅值与已知的放电量进行关联,确保测量结果的准确性和可比性。

起始放电电压测定:该项目通过逐步升高施加于试品的电压,观测并记录首次出现稳定局部放电信号时的电压值,用以评估绝缘材料的耐电晕起始性能。

熄灭放电电压测定:该项目在试品发生局部放电后,逐步降低施加电压至局部放电信号消失,记录该临界电压值,反映绝缘材料抑制局部放电持续存在的能力。

相位分辨局部放电图谱分析:该项目记录局部放电脉冲与施加电压相位的对应关系,生成PRPD图谱,通过分析脉冲的分布模式来识别放电源的类型及其物理特性。

局部放电脉冲序列分析:该项目关注连续放电脉冲之间的时间间隔和幅值变化规律,用于研究单个放电源的发展过程和统计特性。

超声波定位检测:该项目利用超声波传感器阵列接收局部放电产生的声波信号,通过计算声波到达不同传感器的时差来精确定位放电源的空间位置。

特高频电磁波检测:该项目使用特高频传感器探测局部放电辐射的300MHz至3GHz频段的电磁波信号,适用于气体绝缘组合电器等设备的非接触式检测。

暂态对地电压检测:该项目通过电容耦合器测量设备金属外壳上因内部局部放电产生的瞬时对地电压脉冲,常用于开关柜等中压设备的绝缘状态监测。
