紧急泄压功能检测是评估压力容器、管道系统及相关安全装置在超压状态下能否迅速可靠开启的关键技术活动。该检测聚焦于泄压装置的设定压力、泄放能力、密封性能及重复动作一致性等核心参数,确保其在工艺异常时能有效防止设备损坏与安全事故。检测过程严格遵循国际与国家技术规范。

检测项目

设定压力与开启偏差检测:测定泄压阀实际开启瞬间的压力值,并与预设的整定压力进行比较,计算其偏差是否在允许范围内。

回座压力与密封性检测:评估泄压阀在泄放后关闭时的压力值,并检查阀门关闭后的密封性能,确保无介质泄漏。
