检测项目
设定压力与开启偏差检测:测定泄压阀实际开启瞬间的压力值,并与预设的整定压力进行比较,计算其偏差是否在允许范围内。
回座压力与密封性检测:评估泄压阀在泄放后关闭时的压力值,并检查阀门关闭后的密封性能,确保无介质泄漏。
额定泄放能力测试:通过模拟超压工况,测量泄压装置在完全开启状态下的最大介质流量或排放面积。
动作重复性试验:对同一泄压阀进行多次连续的开启与关闭循环测试,检验其动作压力值的稳定性和一致性。
背压影响评估:分析排放管路中存在的静背压和动背压对泄压阀开启压力、排放性能及回座特性的影响。
机械特性检查:包括阀门启闭部件的灵活性、有无卡阻现象、以及主要结构件在受压状态下的形变情况。
气密性试验:在阀门关闭状态下,向其密封副施加高于工作压力的试验介质,检测是否存在超过标准的泄漏率。
耐压强度测试:对泄压阀阀体及相关承压部件进行超压静载试验,验证其在极端压力下的结构完整性。
金相组织及力学性能的抽样检验。
机械性能、密封材料的适应性以及动作特性的变化。

Portable Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge : Measures wall thickness of valve bodies and inlet/outlet pipes using ultrasonic pulse-echo principle to assess corrosion allowance or erosion.
Thermographic Camera (Infrared) : Captures surface temperature distribution images helpful in identifying abnormal heating due to internal leakage or flow restrictions during testing.
