检测项目
振实密度测定:通过标准化的机械振动装置,使粉体样品在量筒中达到紧密填充状态,计算其质量与最终体积的比值。
松装密度测定:测量粉体在无任何外力作用下,自由落入容器后的初始堆积密度,作为振实密度的对比基准。
孔隙率计算:基于振实密度和粉体真密度数据,计算粉体颗粒间空隙所占的总体积百分比。
压缩性指数评估:通过比较松装密度与振实密度的差异,定量评价粉体的可压缩性与流动特性。
卡尔指数分析:利用振实密度与松装密度的数学关系式计算得出,是表征粉体流动性的经典指标之一。
Hausner比计算:定义为振实密度与松装密度的比值,该数值大小直接关联粉体的流动难易程度和均匀性。
振动次数依赖性研究:考察振实密度随振动次数增加的变化规律,直至达到稳定不变的最终振实密度。
振幅影响分析:研究不同振动幅度对粉体颗粒重排过程及最终振实密度结果的影响。
