鞋跟拉脱检测是评估鞋类产品安全性能的核心项目之一,主要针对鞋体与鞋跟结合部位的力学性能进行量化分析。检测过程需依据GB/T3903.5-2011等标准规范实施静态负荷测试与动态疲劳测试,重点关注粘合强度、材料耐受性及结构完整性等关键指标。

注意:因业务调整,暂不接受个人委托测试望见谅。

检测项目

鞋跟拉脱检测体系包含四大核心评估模块:

静态负荷测试:测量鞋跟与鞋体在持续垂直拉力下的最大承载值

动态疲劳测试:模拟实际行走状态进行循环加载试验

材料界面分析:评估粘合剂渗透深度及固化效果

破坏模式判定:记录失效时材料断裂或界面分离的形态特征

检测方法

标准化检测流程包含以下关键步骤:

试样预处理

恒温恒湿环境(23±2℃/50±5%RH)平衡48小时

使用专用夹具固定距后帮高度25mm位置

静态测试程序

以50mm/min速率施加垂直拉力至规定载荷值(成人鞋≥800N)

保持峰值负荷60秒后记录位移量及形变恢复率

动态测试程序

设置10Hz频率进行5000次循环加载(载荷范围50-300N)

每1000次循环后测量结合部间隙变化量Δd≤0.5mm为合格基准

失效分析程序

使用体视显微镜(20-50倍)观察断裂面形貌特征

通过能谱分析确定界面污染物的元素组成

检测仪器

环境模拟舱室

-40℃低温存储试验(72小时)

盐雾腐蚀试验(5%NaCl溶液)周期240小时)

紫外线加速老化(0.8W/m²@340nm)1000小时循环)
